What is Wirral Donate? We are a consortium of six charities serving the local community. Our main objective is to raise funds through payroll donations. The funds raised are distributed equally between our six member charities. Wirral Donate is run entirely by volunteers. What can I do to help? Join your employer's Payroll Giving Scheme. What is Payroll Giving? It is an easy, tax efficient way of supporting your chosen charity by making small donations each pay day. If you are a standard tax payer, the value to the charity is 25% greater than the cost to you because the tax, which would have been deducted from your donation, is included in the payment to the charity. |
